Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, simply return the product(s).

Before returning a product, please make sure you meet the requirements below.

Return Requirements

• Returns do not require an RMA.

• Any product return must be done within 30 days of purchase.

• All Clothing and Apparel Sales are FINAL, NO returns or exchanges.

• Any product return must be in new condition. Product must be returned in the original packaging, with the original materials it was shipped with ( Instructions, wrenches, screws, Vibra-tite, etc ). If any of these items are not returned with the product, there will be an additional $20 restocking fee charged to you.

• Please include the original invoice with your order.

• Any product return or exchange must have been purchased directly from RAZR and not a dealer or wholesaler.

• All credit for returns does not include credit of shipping cost.

• Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.

• Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used for purchase.

• Returns and refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed (not including shipping times).

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations will incur a 15% Processing/Restocking Fee.

Our Disclaimer

If the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions but is faulty, unfit for purpose or does not match the sample or description please return the product to us with a copy of your invoice. If the product is determined faulty or unfit for purpose we will provide you with a refund.
